Adventure: Atacama Desert, Salar de Uyuni & Mendoza Vineyards

San Pedro de Atacama: About 100 kilometers from Calama, the world’s driest desert hides a small oasis called San Pedro de Atacama. It’s an adobe town and dirt roads that have stolen the hearts of thousands of tourists for the charms of Atacameña and the Spanish culture contained in each of its buildings. Geysers, salt lakes & Lagunas lie within a short journey from this magnificent town, dusty roads & cultural traditions will carry us along this wonderful journey exploring this wild, vast & varied desert.

Uyuni: The Salar de Uyuni (Bolivia) is one of the most spectacular destinations in all of South America. All international tourism guides, forums, and publications point to it as a must-see, one of those unique places that stay in your memory forever. Attractions include Salar de Uyuni, Incahuasi Island, Train cemetery, Siloli Desert and Stone Tree, Laguna Colorada, Polques Hot Springs (recommended for bathing), and Geysers of the Sun of Tomorrow.

Mendoza: To truly enjoy a good wine, a multisensory experience is necessary. That is why on this trip we offer a range of experiences so that you can make the most of your visit to the wine-growing heart of Argentina. We offer guided tours with a variety of tasting options so you can enjoy the freshness of our wines, a restaurant whose menu is made up of local ingredients, and charming guest houses, ready for those who want to embark on a full adventure.

I agree with Ally, this was an amazing trek and it was even better than I had imagined it would be! Edu is an amazing guide, fun to chat with when walking, and very knowledgeable about everything Patagonia has to offer. He adapted quickly to the minor weather challenges we faced and ensured we saw everything planned! Additionally, Teo is an amazing chef. His ability to craft delicious 2-course meals at every stop is incredible and is something I wish I could do even when I have a full kitchen at home! Always with a smile, he carried a massive pack for the entire trip to ensure that we enjoyed delicious meals, and was always willing to laugh with us at our poor attempts at speaking Spanish.

A 5-star trek and I will make sure to get my reviews in on those websites to ensure this company can continue to grow and give others the amazing experience that we had.

Wonderful expedition! Unfortunately, I didn’t make it to the summit. Several mishaps prevented this, from a lost shoe to an injured leg, to bad weather. However, there are no regrets as I went to Camp Colera. My new record has reached 6000m, I’m very happy and I made wonderful memories and some great friends. It’s a life-changing experience James😇

Aconcagua – Epic! This was an epic adventure, with all the elements necessary to make it an incredible challenge – Altitude, unpredictable weather conditions, mules & arrieros, health problems, and Alpine conditions!
